How to Cancel

You can cancel your Skill Coach subscription at any time through these methods:

  • • Send an email to support@skillcoach.com (if available)
  • • Use the cancellation feature in the app (if available)

When Cancellation Takes Effect

Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll continue to have access to Skill Coach until that date, ensuring you get the full value of what you've paid for.

No Cancellation Fees

There are no fees or penalties for canceling your subscription. We believe in providing value, not trapping customers with hidden costs.

Data Retention

After cancellation:

  • • Your account settings will be preserved for 30 days in case you want to reactivate
  • • We do not store your interview conversations or coding solutions
  • • Any locally stored data on your device will remain until you uninstall the app
  • • Account data will be permanently deleted after 30 days of inactivity

Reactivating Your Account

Changed your mind? You can reactivate your account within 30 days of cancellation without losing your settings. Simply contact us using the same methods above.

Refunds After Cancellation

If you cancel within 30 days of your most recent payment, you may be eligible for a refund under our Refund Policy. Please refer to that page for detailed information about refund eligibility.

Involuntary Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel your subscription if you violate our Terms of Service. In such cases, no refund will be provided for the remaining subscription period.
